I’ve always appreciated having my own space. Perhaps this stems from having shared a womb with another human being (Hi, Brett!) or from not being able to see over all the people taller than me, which at 5’2” is most. But I noticed early on, I gravitated to activities that had their own space
I LOVE THE INCENTIVE FOR ACTION THAT COMES WHEN SPACE IS PURPOSEFULLY CREATED. IT TOOK ME A WHILE TO CONNECT THIS IDEA TO MY OWN HOME. I FOUND MYSELF CONTINUALLY REARRANGING MY FURNITURE AND GOING THROUGH MY THINGS, ONLY TO START THE PROCESS OVER EVERY FEW WEEKS WHEN THIS UNEASY FEELING OF LACK WOULD RETURN.

Organizing didn’t become a career for me for a few more years when the opportunity to work with other organizers solidified my interest and confirmed my abilities. I am always looking to learn more so I began taking classes with The National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO).
